hi

i have a Sager 4880 laptop (really the Clevo M400A) it has a PentiumM 1.73ghz CPU which is fine and dandy 90% of the time but when im playing some power hungry games its a bit of a bottleneck. i havent been able to find out what the clockgenerator is on thsi laptop. i dont want to rip it apart to find out. i was hoping someone here might be able to tell me or provide me with information on how i might detect the clockgen. ive tried clockgen, cpufsb etc, with little sucess. it is just too time consuming to go through ALL the PLLs when each time im wrong it crashes the machine.

thoughts?

as for heat the CPU is very cool, even at full laod (prime95) the fan barely spins up. and then temps rarely break 50C
