Software controlled switch?

I'm wondering if anyone has ever seen a switch that can be controlled by software in Windows. Basically I would want it to have the lights on the front of my case, the cathodes inside,etc... hooked up to it, and then in Windows you can choose which ones to turn on or off. Anything like this out there?

Oh and hopefully this is an ok forum for this, wasn't sure where it should go...
