Softmod?

Bud here has a x800Pro ViVo, he was asking same questions on other forums, though they've given him the answer only "hardmod".

If im not mistaken, you can mod it with drivers, or that only went for SE series?
 
If it's a Vivo Model, you can flash it with a bios and YOu got an XT..

If it's not a vivo, there's only Hardmod option.

I have VIVO yes. So I must just flash whit xt bios and I have an XT?
 
You usually have to use an empty.bin file first, it's a blank bios file that will overwrite a hidden block of the bios and enable you to flash the XT bios and open the pipes.

Have you OC'd the card and made sure It can run the higher clocks for a while with no problems?
