Socket-T too fragile?

Wow, I was intrigued to see the new design of the socket-T with the pins on the mobo rather than the CPU. It seems like there might be a slight problem . . . Socket-T Problems

There is one good thing I can think of, rather than damaging a $500 CPU you can damage a $150 mobo. I sure hope they fix this issue!
 
this is one of those things that they will be fixing before launching the product.
