I'm looking for the best performing socket 940/939 waterblocks, that can accept the G1/4 threads. What are some of the best performing ones out there now?
 
Uhhh, that would be AM2/AM2+, correct? Any block that uses AM3/AM2+/AM2 mounting would work. Pretty much all blocks today use G 1/4 threads, it's the industry standard.

EK Supreme blocks are really good from what I hear, and so are Swiftech Apogee XT, don't know what the absolute best are.

Yeah, I'm looking for Opteron cooling, not AM-x style socketed chips. My mistake in being unclear.

Any of those blocks a bad choice?

i have the apogee gt sitting on my desk im about to watercool i will post back if i do it soon on the results
 
I doubt either would crack unless you're referring to the statement EK put out about their acrylic reservoirs which has nothing to do with their water blocks.
 
I'm just trying to differentiate between them. I'm looking at cooling eight or so processors, so I'd rather get them right the first time when I order. Thanks!
