theres dfi and msi. dont think i would buy any others then those 2.

Best 3 are probably the MSI Neo4, DFI Ultra-D, and ASUS A8N-E. In the budget "best" category, I'd go with the Chaintech VNF4/Ultra since it is pretty cheap and OC's well.
