I'm looking at the gigabyte mobo to buy, and I need a nice heatsink. My internet is dead and im on my cellphone internet pushing a whopping 14.4. Anyways, what heatsink is best for 939, I would like to put my own fans (80/92 mm tornado) on there. I was looking at the thermaltake tower 112 or whatever, and i am seeing issues of it perhaps not clearing that little cooler to the side of the cpu socket. If im correct, what other heatsinks are out there for me?

If you aren't going to overclock then the stock HSF is actually pretty good and I'd recommend sticking with that.
If you ARE going to overclock (or just want to give it a try) then I'd try looking at the Zalman 7000 aluminum HSF which is relatively cheap, performs great, and isn't to loud. If you're looking for a step up from that HSF try looking at the Thermaltake PL0025 or Tower112 with 2 fans at low rpms to get great performance on air with little noise.
