I recently bought an areca 1880i to go in my server. The current board is an evga 730i. For some reason, it wouldn't recognize the areca card in the pcie 2.0 x16. Through some help of [H] members and the evga forums, it was concluded that the board can ONLY use that port for a graphics card. So, I'm in the market for a new motherboard. Hopefully someone can recommend me one. Perhaps someone has a similar setup to mine and this will be easy. My server/htpc is one unit and is hooked up directly to my home theatre receiver.

Here's my criteria:
- socket 775
- onboard video
- hdmi output of both audio AND video
- gigabit LAN
- 2 pcie 2.0 x16 slots, or one that can be allocated to something other than a video card
- sub $100 would be nice
