Not a bad deal...put together something similar at Newegg and it was about $200 (CPU alone was $145).

To be honest I really don't know why that would be a good investment, unless it was for a basic box or a folder. A cheap 754 board and cpu would run to around 200, and that is a whole lot more performance for the price.
