Socket 423 + MicroATX

Anyone know where I can get a Socket 423 MicroATX Motherboard at a reasonable price?

I have a spare P4 1.7 that a friend wants to use and we need a mobo for his case.

Microstar makes a MATX S423 Motherboard model number MS-6385, I would google for that or possibly a Asus P4T-M. I would stay away from ECS or Amptron..

not a microATX, but it was only $22 on ebay and uses SDRAM not RDRAM. "MSI 845 Pro" is the model name, and oh yeah it uses the i845 chipset. Has some overclocking but does not have a PCI/AGP divider.
