socket 1366, i7 920 cpu

D0 is newer, has some microcode fixes and tweaks, and tends to overclock slightly better and with less heat and voltage (obviously, YMMV).
 
according to intel, nothing. but some guys here and there report lower vcore, temps. other guys dont.
 
D0 is a newer stepping that supposedly can hit the same frequencies at a lower temp than C0.

But in my experience reading through forums, it seems to be hit or miss. The i7 rocks either way -- I'm just not so sure that the D0 is anything noticeably better than the C0.
