I already have a 2407 and using inventor and other design software takes up the entire screen. I think it would be sweet to have a couple of 6" screens for chat, email, music player, notes, movie, etc. etc while I work without having to bring those apts forward.

I've seen on a site, a company in (Korea?) was making them, but were not available in the US yet. They were cheap too like 50 bucks and had a usb input. All the small screens I seem to find are not housed or are like $200.

Yeah I could get a 17, 19 (dual monitors) or whatever but these little screens (if I can remember correctly) clipped on to your monitor and would look like digital post it notes.

Has anyone seen these around?

Wow, those are freakin' hella sweet... holy cow, how come I never came across these before? :D

That's them, I swear I remember them being cheaper though. I also seem to remember a spring loaded clip on device for your lcd.

Well considering those in the link don't use a VGA input port for the signal I can see where it's truly a niche product as noted. That's what makes 'em stand out in my mind. They're like remote monitors that don't use actual VGA/DVI inputs so that opens up a whole world of possibilities. And it apparently is powered by the USB connection also.

I might order one at some point just to see what it can do, actually. Already thinking of tons of applications...

I know I am thinking about getting a couple of them. Price seems a bit high though. Maybe they'll get popular nad the price will drop some.

Pretty funny though I just bought my girlfriend a Dell E228 for $140 and it's a 22" screen and I am fixing to buy 7" screens for $130.

The wonders of the supply and demand model.
