So what are my choices?

[LoStMaTt]

Right now I am in the process of building a new machine. Of course a PCI-X video card is required but I'm wondering what my choices are as far as getting an x800 of some kind. There is the x800 Pro, x800XT, and I believe one of those is only AGP. Just a little confused here. Also, while I am waiting for the prices to drop on these cards, are their any better cards coming out within the next 1-2 months. If they come out 3 months from now oh well, my card will still own.

As far as I know, there are no other cards that are coming out within hte next 2 months or so. The x800Pro is AGP only while the x800XT is AGP and PCI-E based.

The X800 XT is PCI-E capable, probably a good choice. The R480 cards are due out soon, but who knows if or when on that. Based on the information I have, it will only be a speed bump, not very huge (if you want numbers, just ask).
