Ok im gonna build myself a new computer and want to know which route i should go. I Plan on running a 64bit vista business edition environment.
My processor choices are:

Intel Xeon E5310 Clovertown 1.6GHz Socket 771-QuadCore
Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 Conroe 2.4GHz LGA 775


I currently have a 32bit XPpro with Intel Pentium D 930 Presler 3.0GHz LGA 775 Dual Core Processor, and 3GB of DDR2 667mhz.

Most the time my cpu is running at full capacity, i run multiple virtual machines, ftp server, plus just the typical use.
