So I've never really overclocked before...

So here I've got this Phenom II 955 that I bought back when it was $200. When I bought it, I had intentions of overclocking it, but life got in the way and I've forgotten about it until now. Not once have I ever touched the setting in my BIOS, and honestly, I don't know what they do. What should I start with?

My rig:
Phenom II 955
ASUS M4A785TD-V EVO
CoolerMaster Hyper 212
Radeon 4850
All in a well ventilated Antec 300

Thanks in advance for any help.

EDIT: Hey look, an overclocking section. If there's a mod that could move this, that would be neat.

meh this is fine to go here :)

anyhow, in your BIOS there will be an option called: CPU Multiplier.....raise it to 18x, and see what happens, your speed will be: 3.6GHz, which your CPU should do....the rest is pretty much taken care of(you may have an issue with auto voltage, but probably not) by the BIOS....the 955(any Black Edition chip for that matter) is very easy to overclock
