Wonder if it's enough to impact slower connection. P2P programs just connections only, no data, can cause issues for me on very low bandwidth.

weird on the way home today there was this car doing 140mph on the shoulder, zipping in and out of traffic, almost took out a minivan. I could just barely catch the license plate HTLSSUN

I have QoS now for that... can P2P if I want, doesn't affect other stuff .
