OK, here goes...I am working on this machine that just won't boot. I then proceed to tear it down and start from MOBO lvl. I blew everything out, replaced one item at a time powering the unit inbetween items....so i finally get it back together, it posts but I want to make it boot from the floppy to format the disk right? so i reboot and there is a p/w on the bios(that wasn't there before) so i turn off the unit to do a manual reset of the p/w. try to power it back on but it doesn't....anyone have any ideas?
