from frys a year after I built this computer 
. So far here is the difference in temps:
zalman paste that came with my 7000b-cu when new : 39C idle 48c load
zalman paste that came with my 7000b-cu after 6 months : 42C idle 53c load
Silicon Dielectric grease I found in the garage new : 37C idle 51C load
Silicon Dielectric grease I found in the garage after 1 month : 41C idle 54C load
Fresh AS5 newly installed : 34C idle 44C load
As5 after a month : 33C idle 44C load
My room stays at a constant 30C with little fluctuation throughout the year so the results are comparable
I must say that it was the best 8 bucks I've spent on my computer since it was new. Not only that but I gained 50mhz on my overclock.
