CPU - i7 920
GPU - EVGA 275GTX
NB - EVGA Micro ATX

Will order these items from Petras/Newegg/FrozenCPU

Rad - Swiftech MCR420 4 Fan Rad (New)
Fans - Scythe Kaze on fan control
Pump - Swiftech MCP655 (Chose this in case I needed more flow later;variable speed)
CPU - Enzotech Sapphire
GPU - Swiftech MCW60 R2
V Card HS - Swiftech GTX 275
Fittings/tubing - 7/16 ID tubing and 1/2 fittings held together with nylon zip ties
Res - Swiftech Micro Res

Need comp to be quiet since will be on most the time and in the living room hence the need for fan control

Anyways, experienced eyes take a look. Looks good to me considering the information given here, but can make changes.

Looks good, but it you have room or w/e (didn't look at the case) consider the MCR480.

Keep in mind you don't HAVE to cool the NB. I'm not sure on Enzotech's GPU blocks, but everything from them is really good heh. If it's expensive the MCW60 by Swiftech is a good block as well.

Picking a T-Line or a Res doesn't effect performance. If you want the reservoir for aesthetic or bleeding purposes, it isn't a waste of money. A $2 t-line will suffice though.

Case is a mid tower, 19.3 depth. The 480 could work(20.5 long), was planning on having it stick off the back end a bit to help with the tube insertion. More surface area means I can reuse which is a plus.

True on the NB. The mobo has a heatsink only anyways. So I could bag that.

The Enzotech GPU block would have been just for the matching factor. No qualms with going with the Swiftech MCW60-Universal and getting the Swiftech VGA heat sink for the 275 as well. As I assume it will be needed.

Space will be limited, may have to go the T-line route unless I can mount a res in the 5.25 bays below an optical drive and probably a fan controller.

Also, if I get a fan controller with temp readouts, try to attach the sensor to the water blocks near gpu/cpu?

Yes you need the heatink to cool other parts of the video card.

If the enzotech is what you want shoot for it. It looks damn sexy man. IDK if you can use it with the heatsink from swiftech though.

The Enzotech water block is smaller than the Swiftech. So in theory, it might work. But it would make more sense to use Swiftech block with Swiftech HS and not Frankenstein it together haha.

Also decided to get a res. I am mounting rad on top and for aesthetic purposes, didn't want to run a line waaaaaay up there for bleeding. Res is the Swiftech Micro. Seems easily mountable....hopefully.

If there are any qualms with what has been discussed here, let me know before i go ahead and click the gimme button.

Also, for the coolant, I can get a gallon of distilled water from the store, but need to throw in some sort of Biocide? Recommendations?

have you considered an mcp355 with a res top? doesn't seem like your loop would give it much trouble. you can even grab an mcp350 from newegg and then mod it to 355 speeds (just need one drop of solder) or you can solder in a switch to give you a variable speed pump. should be cheaper than a mcp655 + swiftech microres.

mcp350 at newegg is $50, pump top w/ res is $40 at petras, should be cheaper than a 655 + microres which is $80 + $25. you lose some flow, but you can keep the ability to change speeds and it gives you $15 to spend elsewhere.

if you just wanted the res to make filling easier, i think there are ddc tops that have 3 plugs, allowing one of them to be used as an additional inlet. i don't think a res will make filling any easier than just having a tube on the second inlet. i can't find any right now, but i think it may be cheaper than the xspc res top.

Maybe I can reuse them in another comp when I upgrade again, so it gives me some options.
That was the main reason for the large rad(4fan) and a high flow pump. For just in case I wanted to add to the loop.

I decided on a res rather than t-fitting for ease of bleeding/aesthetics. Filling either seemed about the same.

Maybe I will post the rig when I get it done, but it won't be as fancy as a lot of the ones posted in the gallery, only 1 cpu + gpu loop. Not interesting at all lol.

The MCP355 with an aftermarket top is just bit better than the MCP655. More pressure counts than flow.

my mistake i meant filling as in filling the loop the first time or bleeding. i used the wrong term.
