I've been racking my head for how I could use something like this, maybe using quite a few of them and integrating them around the sides like shark gills.

LOL at these rads. The look kindof hilarious. Incognito radiators for mITX builds imo. About the only thing I can think of although fans for these things couldnt push that much air. I would have to agree with putting three behind a single 120 to even do anything
 
I can think of various purposes for these.

mosfet cooling in home audio equipment.

Hobby projects such as cooling arduino, etc etc
 
These have been in the UK for years, I think they are for doing things like water cooling HDDs in a NAS, that should cool a few HDDs. It could also be used on a home made router.
 
Let's OC a 4970x to 4.8GHZ and see how many of these are required to keep it below TJMax.

I'm betting 20 bucks on 30 of 'em
