snowy/grainy screen when watching movies on Netflix/Amazon.

For some reason when I try watch movies on Netflix or Amazon my screen gets grainy/snowy as the movie loads. This issue only happens for those two websites and I've never experienced this with anything else. I have a desktop PC at home that uses a Qnix 2710 (Korean Monitor) as a 2nd/3rd display and is connected with the adapter linked below. The desktop has a Nvidia 1080Ti.

I also have a laptop at work and like my desktop I have another Qnix monitor (same model) and another Accell adapter which also experiences the same issue. The laptop has a Nvidia 970m.

I would like to understand why and if possible fix this issue if possible which occurs on both laptop and desktop PC.
