Snap window to left/right half, ok, but what about bottom/upper halves?

Greetings,

I find WinKey + Left and Right Arrow Keys extremely useful with 2+ monitors. However, there is nothing to compensate for when a monitor is rotated 90 degrees for portrait orientation.

Is there anything out there that can assist with snapping to lower and upper halves of a screen?

Try "Show windows stacked" by right clicking on the task bar.
