I installed a new Athlon 64 3500+ from Newegg, Infineon 2x256MB PC3200 DDR Ram from my Shuttle SN45Gv2 and I tried two different video cards. A PCI ATi Rage II-c and an AGP Winfast A310 Ultra and the system does nothing. All fans power up to full speed but it will not post. I tried to clear CMOS but it made no change. I've tried 1 stick of ram in either slot and it made no change.

Any Ideas? I don’t have access to another A64 cpu to try. This ram works fine in my SN45Gv2 so I figure it SHOULD work in this one.

The only response I get from shuttle is to try another CPU. Any other ideas?
