yeah, apparently i got a sn45g2v2, but i dont know what the difference is versus the original? other than that the psu got an upgrade (to 250w). just curious. thanks
 
Its an updated motherboard with the VDIMM overclock of death. v1 users setting the voltage for the VDIMM can overclock to your hearts content. The v2 models had this strange way of killing itself when the VDIMM was raised in the BIOS (Fans power on, but no video). Other than that and the PSU its pretty much the same.

There is now a new v3 from what ive read on some websites but I don't know if it is a best of both worlds kinda thing. I think it just added SATA.
 
well supposedly the sn41 s all have the vdimm of death too.. i am not brave enough to test this theory, and as a consequence i have to run my bh-5 at 2-3-3... (it will boot into windows at 2-2-2, but i got a few bsods).. i jsut wish i could raise that vdimm.. but i guess i will wait for some nf4 goodness to come along and then maybe upgrade..
