so what are the differences between the standard and the v2? cant seem to find any info on shuttle.com
 
its most likely some revision. i dont know much about the sn41, i have a sn45gv3 and basically the differnence between that and normal sn45g is a bigger powersupply (250 vs 200) and some bugs were fix iirc.
 
Be careful with some of the Athlon XP newer revisions as some of them have dropped soundstorm. I think the SN45gv3 is one of the victims. Of course, if you were not intending on using the Optical out on the motherboard then soundstorm support wouldn't matter to you.

lol as a matter of fact i plan on using both the igp and the digital out... that was close, thank god i asked before i got it. is v2 ok though? i cant for the life of me find the differences.. i think i read somewhere that the v2 bios has multiplier and voltage settings while the standard one doesnt, oh and the bigger ps
