I made a new system using Barton 2500+, Samsung 256mb ddr333 for my new shuttle sn41g2 and having a problem :(

When I first boot up it went smooth except that CPU is recognized as 1900+ instead of 2500+. So thinking that this was just FSB not set right, I changed to 166mhz from 100mhz and reboot but it fails to boot. When I reset and go back to BIOS, I find the FSB is still at 166mhz but when it boots, it says memory frequency is runnig at 200mhz and the CPU is recognized as 1900+ again.

Any thought?

thats the default setting if the shuttle has problem detecting the fsb for cpu/ram, check the cmos reset jumper isnt set. try setting the memory timings without changing the cpu fsb and see if that sticks, I'll check my settings later to see what I've got
