Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Anyone know if this combo (AcceleroX2 and a X1900XTX) will fit in a SN25P? I have a 7900GTX on order but I may cancel and go with the above... if it fits. Thanks.
1. It causes system temps to go up quite a bit as well as increase the temperature of the PSU by a fair amount.
2. A stock X1900XTX from ATI barely fits within the SN25P.
I ended up switching back to my X850XT PE in that system which seems more at home in a case like the SN25P. I would probably not put anything bigger than a 7900GT in there - but hey that's just me. I know it does not really answer your questions, but it's just my experience with the power hungry X1900XTX in an SN25P.
Darn... guess I'll stick with my order then. The 7900GTX is smaller than the XTX so it should fit better and is also less power-hungry. I'm probably not ditching the shuttle until the AM2 platform is released for micro-atx motherboards.
