Laptop and Rig are both giving me same bullshit?

The window pops up then disappears and it won't run? ideas?

Keep downloading it until you actually get the new version. I downloaded it on my main rig and it was fine and then I downloaded it from the same link on my file server and it was the expired version. The expired version behaved exactly you described. It was driving me nuts until I looked at the date stamp on the files. I used the installer from my main rig on my file server and it worked fine.
