SMP Question...

Do you need to do 10 SMP units on individual machines before you start receiving the bonus for them? I'm asking because it seems my 2 Intel quadcore machines are not making the PPD they should be? All my clients are using my passkey. My Phenom II X6 does anywhere from 14-15000PPD and the Intel Quads barely do 2000.

You need only 10 accomplished WUs in total. If your systems are having apparent problems with PPD, there could be a number of other reasons. Check the frequencies of your processors. Make sure no apps or other F@H clients are consuming CPU cycles and also make sure your monitoring program is updated. Another reason could be the type of WU Stanford has been releasing lately.

Sounds like you are seeing the PPD of the 6701 WU;s without the proper bonus..I was only getting 5KPPD on my X6, which was a little over 2/3 less then normal..

The strange thing is that I just finished one that showed the PPD as almost 11K, so I would think that they worked the bonus issue out, but it could have just happened...

Sometimes, monitoring apps will not report the full credit. FahSpy is notorious for that and very inconsistent with PPD, unfortunately. One big issue I have with FS. You might be seeing similar discrepancies with your monitoring tool.
