I was watching this video and I notice that he uses some kind of tool to smooth out the cut and he identifies the tool he is using but I can't make it out.

Anyone know what tool he is using to smooth out the cut in the video and where I can find something like this locally?
 
de-burring tool. it has a slight hook and one side of the tip is sorta flat, and sharp. you pull it along and it pulss off the top jagged layer leaving a real nice smooth edge.
