Smartpower 450W good enough?

I'm building a new rig and I'm looking at getting a Sonata II case. I was originally wanting the P150, but the quality control issues on the PSU hav e steered me away. Anyways, can the PSU of the Sonata II handle my system:

Opteron 144 (looking to OC to FX-57 speeds)
2 x 512Mb Mushkin Redline @ 3.3V
2 x 250Gb Maxtor Maxline III
Plextor PX-712A
Mitsumi 7in1 Floppy drive
Audigy2
GeForce 6800

I need a stable system, with enough power to provide stable and good overclocks.

That PSU may not handle an overclock, given the specs of your system. Overclocking will draw much greater amperage from the +12V rails than a stock-speed processor. The maximum combined +12V amperage on that PSU is only about 26A - less than some lower-wattage units.
 
In that case am i better off going for the P150 with the 450E Neo HE psu?

As a last resort I'd buy a Modstream or Powerstream PSU, but then I have to buy a case separately and that will get costly.

What's my best choice, since I'm on a budget?
 
Well, I decided to go all out and get good components, and know that I have the best I can afford, and that it's proven to get the results I'm looking for. So, I got a OCZ Powerstream 520w today, and tomorrow I'm picking up a classic Coolermaster Praetorian in bare aluminum. I went over twice what my budget was for the case and PSU, but I figured I had to make sure I was getting enough power, and sufficient cooling. I think I won't look back...
