Hello, i googled a bit, but can not find which SMART values makes the HDD eligible for free replacement/RMA?.

I run old WD utility (WD Data Lifeguard Diagnostic) where there it is telling me that under Warranty are 3 SMART values:

VALUE.....................................VALUE......TRESHOLD......WORST
Raw Read Error Rate..............199............51.....................199
Spin Up Time...........................186............21.....................179
Re-allocated Sector Count.......200...........140....................200

"should it fall below Treshold", so i need to watch "Worst" value to fall below "Treshold" and then it is eligible for replacement?

But mentioned WD software is outdated so i am unsure what are up to date WD and Seagate policy regarding SMART values.

There Seagate says "If a SeaTools test generates an error, that means the drive will need to be replaced."

It depends by vendor. As you demonstrated with SeaTools, most have diagnostic applications they want you to run first, then you post the results in the RMA.
