I’m planning to buy my first smart TV next week, (mostly an LG because of the magic remote).

I had no knowledge about smart TV’s and thought they all run an Android OS and I can install any app just like a Galaxy smartphone.

But now I know I can’t play clash of clans with my wife on the TV  :(

And AFAIK even “Android TV’s” only have a small list of downloadable apps (no clash of clans) and they’re still not available in my region anyway.

Any ideas about this? Only way I found is through an MHL link with the mobile but I prefer not to rely on the mobile phone at all just like what we do now on the PC using Blue BlueStacks

edit: sorry if this was supposed to be in the Home Theater PCs & Equipment forum, mods please move it if so.

Yeah, your right,...

LG uses WebOS (relatively small maker share), Samsung uses Tizen (relatively large market share) and Sony uses Android on some models or so I have heard.

Maybe an Amazon FireTV can play your game,...?
