I am looking to build a pretty powerful all around machine with a clean, quiet and efficient overall feel.

My last machine turned out to be a hot mess of noise from too many fans and a rattling front bezel also horrible cable management. This will be my second actual build and I want to do it right this time!

I am trying to decide between these cases. Any comments or suggestions are appreciated.

Case #1:

I have the Define Mini and I'm a fan of it. It's quiet, has good decent airflow and is pretty roomy for a mATX case. The only downsides are that it's kinda large for a mATX case, it weighs a friggin ton (38 lbs with my watercooling) and, if you want to remove the bottom drive cage, you'll have to drill out the rivets.

Check out Lian Li PC-A06 and A05 as well.

Out of the cases you listed, Define is the only one that really qualifies as quiet. There isn't a ton of room for cable management due to the sound padding on the panels.

The FT03 and TJ08 aren't really quiet cases either.

The Lian LI PC-B12B (the first one I listed) has foam to deaden sound and says that its built for silence, but I don't know if I like that its not painted black throughout. and I can't tell from the pictures how good the build quality is. Its also pretty pricey i think.

The Define was my first choice and It is were i am leaning at this point. but not sure yet.
