I have a Soltek QBic with an A64 3500+ and i've got a sata raid1 goin on. This generates a fair amount of heat in my case and I've found that I need to keep the case off in the summer in order to have stable performance.

I'm planning on replacing my video card as my Radeon 9800 doesn't have good enough stock cooling so the right card might remove that from the equation, but I would also like to get an x2 since I do a lot of dual screen work while playing World of Warcraft.

I was looking at watercooling my cpu and maybe my video card (I assume i'd have to cutup the side of the case for that). I'd like to cool my harddrives somehow, but I don't see anyway I can do that in the case.

Silence is really important, as well as size, is there anyway I can do this? I don't htink I would be too opposed to a small external box for some components as that's probably hte only way.

evercool wc.202.I took it out of the container that goes into one regular cd rom bay.Uber quiet.

I have a couple of friends that run the following in a shuttle:
MCP350
TDX
low-profile Maze4
BI Micro 2
on 3/8" tubing

If you posted some pics show how much room you have to work with that would be helpful

Globalwin's Silent Stream seems kinda neat. Someone on here has it for their Aria, and someone else for their shuttle. I was thinkin about getting the Silent Stream for my Aria, but after seeing that EverCool one, and then the Titan Bianca that they also have on that InsaneTek site, Im not sure which one to choose.. hehe

someone turned me on to this site late last night because I was asking about "ramblocks", though I didn't find any over there, the selection is pretty sick. Just watch the prices. If you can't find it anywhere else, hopefully they will have it:

Well I just looked at your case and you don't have a lot of room to work with. However, since silence and compactness are a high priority I would suggest the following:

Aqua Computer Cuplex Pro cpu cooler
Laing DDC pump w/Alphacool top (lets you use whatever you want in way of fittings and tubes)
6mm ID hose though you might be able to go 8mm.
Forget a reservoir as you just don't have the room so a T line will work.

The radiator is going to take some work to get in. You might be able to use it above your MB I/O connectors unless you are using those serial and parallel ports. another possibility is to mount the radiator in the top of the case. This will also serve as a blow hole to exhaust heat out of your case as well. Also you may be able to get some 9800 water coolers really cheap as they are a dirge on the market right now.

What shuttle? I am pretty sure the G style cases only have 20mm or so of clearance for the video card block. The low profile maze4 is 25mm in depth.

A nice low profile waterblock is the silverprop sl fusion, probably the highest performing gpu block you can get that will fit w/o any modification. It is only 19mm deep so will fit in pretty much any case, I am not sure of the clearance in the Qbic but 19mm should fit anywhere.

You also dont need to use 6mm tubing, you can usually get 3/8" tubing to work in an SFF if you plan it properly.

Yes that is true that he doesn't have to use 6mm tubing, but since there other components in a SFF case that need to be cooled through convection or active fans it doesn't make a lot of sense to be stringing large spaghetti all over the inside of the case. Which is why I also suggested the possibility of using 8mm tubing. :)

Another possibility is using an Innovatek ram/gpu cooler and they are only about $50 and are pretty thin.

No idea, but it is not stock by any means, sidepannels are cut up quite a bit
