There's a case called PACK-BOX-G. It's all mesh, 190x205x83mm, no PSU at all. I would place an Athena 400W TFX 12V PSU outside, lining the longest and the 85mm edge along the case so it juts out only 64mm. Screw/zip tie the PSU. Remove the front port cover and get the power cables inside via that. A PowerColor Radeon HD 6770 is single slot and 182 mm long so it fits even though the power plug is at the end. CPU would be an i5-2500S. That's 108W for the video card and 65W for the CPU. Any ITX MB will do. Plus a 2.5" disk. Altogether, less than 200W and I have planned a 400W PSU. If I have heat problems, cover the whole mesh cover with a 180mm fan. Maybe replace the video cooler with an aftermarket cooler.
Altogether, would this work?
Altogether, even with the PSU outside and the 180mm fan on top, we are looking at a system half the volume of the SG06 and very very little empty space inside that system
