Smallest motherboard supporting ECC RAM?

I need ECC RAM memory sticks. I have understood that Intel Xeons can use ECC RAM. Or some AMD cpus. If I want to use Intel Xeon, then there are no mini-itx motherboards, I assume? So, I need to use ATX mobos? Or? What is the smallest mobo that supports ECC?

Then I can start to look for the smallest case supporting that mobo form factor. If it is ATX, then I can start to look for small ATX chassis.
 
Ok, so there seems to be mini-ITX boards that support ECC RAM? So I dont have to go to ATX form factor? Are there any other mini-ITX mobos that support ECC?
 
mmm, the intel board is a little on the minimal side but it seems to have all the key stuff for a mini-itx server.

P.S. remember not all xeons have the on-die graphics. If you get a board that uses the on-die graphics make sure you get a processor that has them.
