Smallest case for ITX, 17cm gpu, pico psu

evga 750ti
asus z87 impact itx
4770k
pico psu 192w

requirements
-must be able to fit a dual slot 17cm gpu ( 2 pcie expansion)
-must be able to fit a low profile ~40mm cpu cooler
-must not have space allocated (wasted) for a sfx or atx psu
-ITX
-riser acceptable (probably compulsory)
-as small as possible.
