I've always been interested in having a small form factor case because I tend to move it around a lot, but I've always been worried about fitting things in, the heat, smaller mobos not being as good as the larger counterparts, etc. What would be the smallest case that could fit something like an HX850 and a GTX275? Would I have to cram in water cooling because there's no way I could fit a heat sink in it and get airflow? Maybe there's just no way to do it.

That case looks like it has a lot of potential. I'd be worried my hx850 would extend right over the mobo, either hitting it or blocking the ram. Plus my psu vent is on the top/bottom, so I'd probably cut a vent on the bottom of the case like other lian li cases. Plus I have a pci fan from another lian li case that will mount right on the vent next to the video card.

The hx850 is the same length as the 750 according to newegg, so it looks like it could all fit.

A05n is about as close as i can think of.

+1

Proud A05NB owner. I also wanted a small case and this fit the bill. My ET750 is about 7 and change long and still has room to run the wires behind it. As for video card space, It fits my current GTX perfectly and has room to spare. Airflow is very good but a simple dual 120 fan mod on the top panel and it can cool any rig. It is just the best case I have worked with and love to death. Still the Corsair 800D is very tempting to pick up.

Here is my current setup with updated Wire management I did last night.

Clicky

Also one more comment about wire management. The case is very good to work with even with the power supply I have had which were non modular and came with cables that make me wonder who will even use most of em. If you have a modular power supply you will love this case.

there is one from SilverStone but I’m not sure if it was the TJ08 or the FT02 or something else.

Not sure what specific SFF motherboard form factor you're interested in (pico ITX, micro ITX, micro ATX, etc), but as long as you're focused on using the uATX form factor, there are a freakin' ton of great choices for mobos. Just do a search at newegg.

It fits fullsized mobos though right? I have P6T Deluxe V2, and there's a battery sticking straight up for some stupid reason right on the bottom corner where the power supply sticks out. Very worried it would hit. Also, what would be the best place for fans, if I were to mod it? I was thinking exhaust on the bottom side right after the processor heatsink.

mATX motherboards are almost always on par with ATX nowadays. If there is any difference it is never noticeable.

If you move it around a lot check out the Silverstone SFF cases like the SG04,SG02,SG01,SG03 or the Qmicra V2 or the "Da Box". All good cases.
