smallest atx case - high quality

i am bouncing back & forth between building a SFF comp with something like the silverstone sg01, but i am realizing that i might be able to get small enough if i had a really well made/engineered atx case.

anyone have a favorite? i am going to be going conroe probably, but maybe amd depending on cooling requirements. in either case, i would like to find a high quality atx case that is *just* big enough without requiring tweezers and surgeon-like dexterity to put it together.

Small ATX case but not micro-ATX? Sounds like about any mid-tower.. lol.

That's the smallest case I've ever heard of. Think they ship it in a matchbox or something?

also, what power would i need? i wont ever be running dual video cards. back in the day, i built 'em with 250 watt PSUs. kilowatt now? wtf!

without going hardcore (dremel=hardcore for me) what can i do to optimize cooling for this case?

im going pcP&C 610 PS
e6600
intel bad axe 2
still undecided on video card - thinking xfx 7950gt 512mb

i would like to really optimize passive cooling. can i get bigger/better fans for the case? anyone have direct feedback on whether that video card will fit in that case?

going to pull the trigger for this order on newegg today. need to just jump.
