I was looking at getting the K45.

What is another decent one for under $100?

This will be low power with a 35W Conroe-L.

Can anyone find me a K45 for under $100?
 
The K45 is most likely the cheapest Shuttle system you'll ever see. If you check on newegg, the K45 is $95, under $100 like you asked. It doesn't get any cheaper than that.

There really is no other decent barebones in that price range with the same quality and size.

I grabbed a shuttle K45 at Fry's, but never got around to using it. I also got a Shuttle K48 to build my father-in-law a computer - same as K45, but has DVI-out and a CD-Rom bay, no PCI slot. It's a nice small build, surprises everyone how powerful it is. The little fan on the power supply is annoyingly loud (both K45 and K48 are same PSU) for how small it is.

Don't have pics of a build, but specs on the K48 were:
K48
2x1gb DDR2-800 Crucial Tracers
E6400 @ 2.67ghz (board supports FSB333, so why not?)
160gb Seagate SATA Drive
DVD Burner
Added 92mm fan
The K45/K48 do not include the ICE Genie (or whatever its call) CPU cooler, which was disappointing since the box seemed to show it and I expected it. But no biggie, stock intel cooler is fine for a tiny overclock (plus, you shouldn't really overclock this box anyway)

Under load, I system draws about 65w total at the wall socket. Don't recal what idle power useage was, probably around 40w. If I ever build my K45, I'll probably just remove the PSU's fan and let it cook.

The K45 was around $100 at Frys.com when I got it, the K48 was about $150 and had a $50 rebate if I recall correctly.
 
I've been running a K45 24x7 since March for my Magicjack, media streaming, and the like.

The PSU fan started making noise a few months back and got too noisy to use this month.

I RMA'd it to Shuttle. I called Shuttle and got a real human being with no voice menus here in the U.S. , he said it was OK to just RMA the PSU.

$8 shipping via a big fat envelope with some foam around it. Turn around was about a week and a half and I've got a new PSU. With the same kind of annoying little fan that will probably fail again.

I already got a fanless PicoPSU and plan on getting a 100w power brick and changing out the stock PSU eventually.

I like the box but the stock PSU is noisy (and look, I lost the fan with it like 7 months old).
