Small, Powerful PSUs?

Looking to do a mod that calls for a small power supply. Needs to be between 250w and 300w, and needs to serve as a good, dependant power source. Will only run one hard drive (7200rpm), one CD-ROM, a video card, and about 8 fans. Thanks peoples!

Also, I'm poor, so cheap would be good too....Thanks!
 
Well there are several different forms of small PSU's. I would probably use a MicroATX PSU. You wont need over 250w at the most for that setup though. And Micro ATX along with most other small form factors usually dont come over 250w.
