Small Mod: Hockey Scores

Well folks, the NHL is back, and to celebrate I'm making a scoreboard for my case using a noritake 128x64 800a VFD.

I just wired it up this afternoon, and sometime between now and the start of the season I'm going to mount in in the front of my case and finish some software to display the scores.

Here's the "before" pics.

Aweful nice to have the NHL back, was starting to fear an extraordinarily long absence.

The ipod was free from the bank - they had a promo where you switch your checking account and get a free ipod, so I bit. Then ditched them and went back to my old bank.

I don't know why it's in the picture. I didn't really think about it. It's been sitting there for so long it may as well be part of the case.
