Small, low power IPCop router

I'm trying to find appropriate hardware to build a small (mini-ITX, nano-ITX, etc) Linux router to mount to the wall next to my fusebox. The entire area will have a wooden cabinet built around it for aesthetics. The cabinet will have an intake fan on the lower left and an outgoing fan on the upper right so the parts inside keep cool.

What I'm having trouble with is finding the right hardware for my router. The perfect set up would be a Fit-PC but the cost is a bit higher than I'd like to spend ($325).

Ideally, I'd like something with dual LAN, fanless, and the ability to be mounted to a wall. I'm needing everything from the motherboard to the case and PSU.

Any suggestions?
 
Heres an intel mobo/cpu, its mini-itx, you will need ram (cheap ddr2), psu (doesn't have to big), case(probably cost the most out of these), and a second nic (cheap, gives you the second port) but that will probably only add $100 or so. Only thing is you might want to get a case with a fan because it has been said that the processor does get hot. If you could use an old hard drive that would save you some money and if you could temporally use a cd rom to install ip cop then your good to go.
 
I'm finding myself really attracted to the low power alternatives like the Fit-PC. Part of doing this change is to have something next to my fusebox but also that consumes less power to offset the cost of making the switch.

The Intel board looks like it'll still consume the same power as my current set up.

There is always a via board, but they aren't much cheaper than the fit-pc because you still components. I'm not sure you'll find anything much cheaper than that fit-pc you are looking at. There's also these soekris boards.http://www.soekris.com/how_to_buy.htm I don't know much about them but they were designed for this.
 
I ended up going with the Fit-PC and it's working great!

Here's a pic of it mounted with my Dell Powerconnect 2724 switch. The area still needs a bit more cable management, but once it's all cleaned up I'll be building a nice wood cabinet around the entire area complete with a quiet fan system to keep the air in the cabinet cool.

The Fit-PC has an AMD Geode 500MHz CPU, 256MB DDR RAM, and a 40GB 2.5" HDD. It uses a max of 5W and idles at 3W.

No, the network cables are all Cat 6. When our house was built I had 2 runs of Cat 6 put in almost every room including the garage.
