Is there anything like this? Looking for small form factor pc that I can bring on the go that has good components at great price

beelink, framework, dell workstation? a bit more info may help put you in the right direction...

The Beeline Gti series would be a good choice. Start with that and if you want more you can get the EX dock for it and add a graphics card.

I can't personally speak to the quality, but Minisforum often has discounts and is generally one of the cheaper mini-PC manufacturers.
Obviously depends on your definition of "fully loaded" and "great price," but they have everything ranging from SUPER tiny PC's with decent AMD APU's (EM780) to slightly bigger systems that basically have gaming laptop hardware in a compact SFF case (AtomMan G7 TI/G7 TI SE)
