Small Case Suggestion for SLI?

Hey, I'm trying to figure out what's the smallest case I can fit a mATX board and two of these 'ITX' GPU's into.

I think I would have to have a SFX-PSU inside the rig. I wouldn't mind using ribbon cables if there is a layout that would fit two gpu's on their side. I'm not too concerned about cooling the GPU; I'll either get a AIO or a low profile noctua.

Any recommendations on cases?

It's almost pointless to use short GPUs with mATX, since the board is already 9.6 inches. If a case designed to house mATX, it'll almost certainly handle a 10.5" GPU.

SilverStone SG09/10 is the smallest mATX case at the moment. It fits the longest GPUs and ATX-PSU and there's nothing smaller out there.

The SG09/10 is indeed the smallest performance mATX case available (AFAIK), though there are definitely smaller mATX cases. The Jonsbo C3 (21.6L) and U3 (20.1L) are only slightly smaller than the SG09/10 (23L), however they are proportioned differently (taller but not as deep). The lack of fan options make them less ideal for high-performance systems compared to the SG09/10, though.

There are also mATX cases based on Intel's old Mt. Jade reference spec (notably still available from IN-WIN), but these really aren't suitable for modern GPUs, due to both the lack of airflow, as well as the very limited space for the PCIe power connectors. They are quite small, however (<15L).
