Trying to figure out what camera to buy for an odd project I want to do.

what I need is:
1. small
2. can take still photos
3. can take the photo using a remote (not a cell phone)
4. (optional) has an LCD screen on the back.

I was looking at the gopro session which seems to fit everything but #4 but I'm curious if anything else exists similar to that, that can fulfill all 4 things. the session is a perfect size at 1.5 inch cube. I would like to keep the dimensions around that size. I can see other things but I have no idea about quality of them.

help me camera people.
