small build pair with projector

My friend wants to put something small beside his projector.
His needs are:
DVD drive
wireless card
and 1x 3.5" drive

Keeping the cost as low as possible what are his choices?

At first I was looking to build around this:
CPU: Intel i3-3220
MB:ASRock B75M-ITX

Is the ZOTAC H67ITX-C-E the only mITX option? Or is the only alternative mATX with an wireless addon card?

but it has no pci-e for a wireless NIC.
 
Thanks a lot, I will ask my buddy if he prefers this over using a USB dongle.
