slow to load games?

I had a new platter hdd 3tb and put my steam games on it i have lots like who doesnt right ? It seems that it was taking a while to load games slow even TFC would hang and just load slowly so i bought a new crucial mx300 1tb ssd in its place ONLY loaded the games i play the most and it still seems now to be loading games slow and even hangs. Not sure whats cause the problem here any ideas plz?

amd 2700x stock with stock cooler case has 9 fans 120's plus 1 200 fan on top so its cooling great

gigabyte x470 gaming 5 wifi with latest bios installed

team group ddr4 3600 running in profile 1 which is 3200 i beleive 16 gigs of ram

samsung evo 960 m2 drive for OS OS is win 10 pro 64 bit

nvidia gtx 1070 stock latest driver installed

checked and updated all known nic sound and mb drivers to latest drivers i always do this

no viruses spyware malware im very careful with baby my pc that is running kaspersky total security suite always updated

If the drive benchmarks are OK, I'd try backing up your game folder and re-installing Steam. It just gets bogged down sometimes.

Do the games load slow if they're on the OS drive?

^ good point. try moving one of the games over to your os drive.
