For the past week or so my computer is slowly becoming less and less responsive. I do not understand. I have changed nothing. It started out when I got my digicam. And some of the pics wouldn't open and it would lock up the computer. Since then it keeps getting worse, not just with pictures though. Boot takes around 5 minutes now when it took less then 1.
 
Let me add my $.02, there is probably a ton of Sony crap running in the background too. Click Start->Run->type msconfig and press Enter, now navigate to the Start Up tab and see what's loading with Windows.
